Crawled Any Good Rocks Lately?

The sport of RC truck crawling is a fast growing sport in the United States. In October 2003 a group of 4-wheel driving enthusiasts got together and staged the first ever "Ultimate RC Rock Crawling Event" that was held in Southern California.

If you are looking for a RC truck that can handle the competition and pretty much anything you can throw in its path, check out the Monster GT. Along with the 6-inch tires that will give a great grip enabling you to have an advantage over your competition from get-go. For climbing competitions, stick to the nitro cars and trucks as they have a lot more power than their electric counterparts.

For a rock-climbing event, you will normally have smaller obstacles to navigate your RC truck over and for each event those obstacles get a little more difficult and steeper to clear. Other drivers will be eliminated during each round until only two drivers are left and they will have a run off on the hardest course of all and really push their RC trucks to the limit.
