Improve Safety With 3" Wheel Spacers and Orange Flags
Modern ATVs are already designed with style and safety in mind, and you can make your ATV even safer through the use of 3" wheel spacers. These simple additions to your ATV will add an extension of 6 full inches to the front and rear of your ATV, further reinforcing the stability of your vehicle.
Wheel spacers for your ATV are made for a lot of use as they are made from American made high performance aluminum, and will increase the cornering stability of your Kazuma 110CC a 150CC ATV. They are sold in sets of two , so you will need to purchase two sets, one for the front and another set for the rear, to add 6 inches to both areas.
Orange 6 foot ATV safety flags will make your child more visible to everyone. Smaller ATVs are not always visible to other traffic, however with these 6 foot orange flags attached to the rear of the ATV everyone will notice. Smarter, safer and sensible 6 foot orange flags, attach easily with a bar clamp for a study and tight fit. Best of all, these flags will fit all ATVs no matter if your child has a newer or older model.
If you are out trailriding with your kids and you wonder where exactly they are on their ATVs, all you have to do is look just above the foliage to see the orange safety flag waving away and you'll know exactly where your kids are at all times.
These two types of safety additions are great for adding visibility and stability to your ATV, and after all, isn't a safe ride on your ATV really the best ride?

Houston Valley ORV / ATV Area
Houston Valley ORV Area serves up a lot of fun for riding your ATV. This ATV trail is about 25-miles long and is managed by the National Forest Service.
As with all National Forest Service managed lands, make sure that you have your spark arrestor and muffler in place prior to riding and they do require that you be licensed and wear your DOT helmet at all time when riding your ATV on these trail systems.
They do ask that you do not go trailblazing and stay on the designated ATV trails which are clearly marked. Trailblazing wrecks the land and it takes time for nature to reclaim itself so the trails are systematically shut down and new trails established so there is a managed cycle of new trails and old reclaimation going on in these forested areas at all times.
These are multi-use trails so you will be encountering other traffic as well that ranges from motorcycles, other all-terrain vehicles, and mountain bicycles.
The entire trail system is on an area of 2,600-acres and has a huge amount of networked trails for your ATV riding enjoyment. Houston Valley offers up some more challenging trails to ride your ATV on. The ATV trails traverse ridges and valleys, stream crossings, and steep, rocky sections. If you are a newer or inexperienced ATVer, it would be a good idea to further develop your handling skills of your ATV prior to attempting these particular trails on your ATV.
The National Forest Service asks that you adhere to the standards put forth by Treadlightly and if you bring it into these trail systems on your ATV, bring it out. Leave no trace of your ride on these ATV trails and help preserve them for future generations of ATVers to come have fun riding their ATVs on.

The XL50 offers a full sport double A-Arm front suspension, as well as a rear mono chock with excellent travel that gives a comfortable smooth ride on any surface. Rear disc brakes and a soft easy to pull hand brake lever. All of these features make this ATV a joy to own and operate!

Additionally, the lubrication is provided through a pressure splash system which keeps your gears going and with proper maintenance on your part, ensures a long life for your ATV.
The Raceway XL50's easy to learn 4-speed semi-automatic, has an all down gear pattern. You get the benefit of having the power of a gear transmission. Safety is a must, and the XL50 comes with rear safety pull tether kill switch. Also, there is a speed limiter screw located on the gas throttle to govern it's speed, which is a boon if you have a newer or inexperienced ATV rider, they can learn how to best handle their ATVs without worrying about excessive speed. The mini ATV can be governed down to about 5 mph, with a maximum speed of about 28mph.
The Raceway XL50 also comes with a huge headlight, and bright working taillight. Chain and rear disc brake guard, basic tool kit, and battery charger all included.

The Rock Creek ATV Trail System
Rock Creek ATV Trail is a busy trail system of just 5.5-miles that is located in a National Forest managed area.
These are multi-use ATV trails and due to their extreme easiness rating, there are hikers, mountain bicycles, motorcycles and other ATV's.
The ATV trail begins along the banks of Falls Branch, the loop trail quickly breaks away to start its steady climb to the crest of Tatum Lead.
This is about the most incline you will find on these ATV trails, although certain sections are steep and rocky. If you have newer or inexperienced ATVers along for the ride, this would be a good area to learn how to handle and safely climb up steeper grades.
As with all National Forest managed lands, you need to be sure to follow their protocols of wearing your helmet at all times and making sure your spark arrestor and muffler of in place before you attempt to ride these lands. Additionally, they do require that you stay only on the clearly marked ATV trails and do no go trailblazing at it causes a lot of damaged that takes years for the forest to reclaim and repair.
The Forest Service also asks that if you haven't already, you adopt the standards put forth by Treadlightly and help preserve the ATV riding trails for future generations by responsible riding and responsible ATV riding practices.
After you reach the mountaintop on your ATV , the ATV trail merges with the Tatum Lead ORV Trail for a short distance before looping back through oak and History Forest to the trailhead where you started your ATV ride.

The Oakley Mountain ATV Trail
Oakley Mountain ORV Trail is 6.2 miles of riding fun for you and your ATV. These are multi-use trails and you will encounter other traffic such as trail bikes, three-wheelers and ATV's with less than 48" axle width as these are very popular trails.
This ATV trail is near both Lake Burton and Lake Rabun. Be aware when you ride your ATV on these trails that they are not loop trails so traffic is two-way.
For the ATVers that like some challenge in their rides, there are some sections are steep (35% grade) and rocky. There are also many blind curves on the trail slow down your ATV when you come to a curve, remember there is two way traffic here and you never know what might be flying around the corner. Err on the side of caution always.
If you are experienced in navigation of steep inclines on your ATV, this is not the time to learn on your own, make sure you have an experienced ATVer along for the ride that can show you the pointers for safely maneuvering your ATV along inclines and rocky terrain. There are definite techniques that work to safely get your ATV up steeper inclines and if you aren't sure what they are, do not attempt these areas of the ATV trail. If you aren't sure you're ready for an area of the ATV trail, you probably aren't.
If you have under age riders along for the ATV ride that do not have a State driver's license, they should be accompanied by a legally licensed driver. Helmets are a requirement to be worn when operating your ATV no matter if you are young or older, as with all National Forest Lands, be sure to have your muffler and spark arrestor in place before you ride and get ready to have a great time on these ATV trails.

Locust Stake ATV Area
The Locust Stake ATV Area is 17 miles of fun. There are over 1000-acres of designated trail in this area for your ATV riding fun. These trails are multi-use trails for hikers, bikers, horse back riders, and ATVers. They do ask that the maximum axel width of any ATV riding these trails be no wider than 48" inches.
The rating of these ATV trails is moderate so it is an ideal place for both inexperienced and seasoned ATVers. The newer ATVers will enjoy the challenges afforded by the small inclines and short grades to climb and the seasoned ATV riders will enjoy the scenary and the easy ride of these ATV trails.
This is a very scenic area and you will even come across a small waterfall at the midway point in the trail. Primitive camping is allowed in this area but remember the basic rule, if you pack it in, pack it out with your and leave no trace behind of your ride.
All ATVers are encouraged to stay on the signed trails to prevent damage to the area. Please remember when you ride on this ATV area that Locust Stake Road is a county road, therefore, all state and local motor vehicle laws apply to this road.
This area is managed by the Chattooga Ranger District and the usual National Forest regulations apply for anyone wanting to ride in this ATV area. There is also a great example of multiple-use forest management where certain areas are directed for ATV and multi-ORV use and other areas are off limits while the forest reclaims itself and replenishes vegetation. Through the managed use of this way of preserving the land, there will be an ATV area for future generations to come ride and see the area at its pristine best!

Rocky Creek ATV Trail
This ATV trail is a great place to bring the whole family for a day of riding your ATVs. There is something for ATVers of every experience level and skill.
Ride your ATV through woods, creeks, flat land fields, & serene pastures. Additionally, for anyone that wants a little challenge in their ATV ride, they will find it here in the form of mud, jumps, creeks to ford, and bridges to cross.
The hours of operation are as follows Oct. 15th(Sat. Only) & Nov. 5th (Sat.) & 6th (Sun.), 2005. Always on the weekend of the 1st Sunday of each month (Sat. & Sun. Back to Back Days). These ATV trails are open all 12 Months of the year and rain or shine they ride!
There are some strict safety requirements. You must wear a helmet, there are no exceptions to this rule. Protective eyewear is a must have as well. There are clearly marked ATV trails and they do ask that you follow the one way trail signs and watch the other signs. You are not allowed to ride in the parking area, except to and from vehicle and speed is limited to 5 MPH.
If your take food and drinks on the ride or parking area, please pick up your trash. Unless it is part of a clearly marked ATV trail, do not ride in fields, woods and pastures except on the marked trails. All trails are marked in orange flagging & orange arrows. If you are going the wrong direction you will see orange X's.
Rocky Creek ATV Trail is ready and waiting for you to make it a day on your ATVs and enjoy some quality time having some fun with your family!

Milma Creek ATV Trail Is Pure Fun
Located in Georgia, the Milma Creek ATV Trail is small at just 3.5 miles, but it has one challenging ride packed into those few short miles.
These are multi-use trails that are rated hard as there are steep sections and streams to ford. Make sure you or someone in your ATV group knows the safe and proper way to ford streams, try to cross streams only at designated spots. Crossing elsewhere can stir up silt, and that's bad for fish and climb steep embankments in their ATVs so everyone can learn to navigate these areas safely.
There will be other traffic on these ATV trails so be aware that you probably will encounter hikers, mountain bicycles, motorcycles and other ATVs while you're out for your ride. Always be courteous when you pass other hikers, fishermen, hunters, campers, or horseback riders on your ATV. Be aware that one little flip of your throttle on your ATV can leave a shower of gravel, cloud of dust and a very unhappy person behind you. Be sure to stay on the trail. Riding off the trail can destroy animal burrows and kill vegetation animals need for food.
Additionally, make sure your spark arrestor and your muffler are installed properly prior to your ATV ride.
There are two points of access for these ATV trails, access is from either the base of Grassy Mountain via Windy Gap Cycle Trail, or the top of Grassy Mountain via Tibbs Trail.
Milma Creek is a fun little ride with a lot of challenge for its size, bring your experience and your ATV soon for a day of riding that is definitely fun!

Moates Knob ATV Trail
Moates Knob is short as far as ATV trails go but this is 3.5 miles of a whole lotta ATV riding fun for you and your friends.
The Moates Knob ATV trail is a multi-use trail and you will encounter both three and four-wheel ATV's and motorcycles. These trails are very easy rated and are a fantastic place for newer ATVers to learn how to follow trail markers and control their ATVs on the paths.
The paths are almost completely flat with very little in the way of sharp turns or any hills or grades to climb. Newer ATVers can develop good maneuvering skills on these trails and truly get to enjoy the ride while building up their confidence in their handling skills of their ATVs.
Since these are areas managed by the National Forest service, certain rules apply in order to ride your ATV in these areas. Certain areas of the ground here is always covered by shallow water and can be considered a wetland. No matter how inviting it might be to take your ATV off the trail and go mud bogging, resist the urge.
Riding your ATV through muddy areas wrecks the terrain and it takes years and years for the vegetation to return to it's original state. That is why ATV trails are so carefully mapped out for specific trail areas so periodically the ATV trails that are being used will be closed and then new areas will be opened for ATV use to keep the cycle of the forest reclaiming itself and new ATV trails to ride going perpetually.
Moates Knob ATV trail has a lot of fun in their 3 short miles for you and your crew, pack up your ATVs and come riding soon!

Anderson Creek ORV / ATV Trails
Anderson Creek ORV Trails are a great place to ride your ATV. There are only about 5 miles of trails and many end in dead ends which result in turn around as there are few loop backs on these trails.
The ATV trails themselves are a little more challenging and if you are a newer or inexperienced ATVer, be sure that you have someone along for the ride that knows how to navigate moderately difficult terrain on their ATVs so newer ATVers can learn proper and safe handling skills.
As with all ATV trails that are managed by the National Forest Service, certain rules apply for riding on these trails such as : You must stay on ORV designated trails, roads and areas - no trail blazing is allowed on any ORV/ATV.
Your spark arrestor and muffler must be in place prior to riding these ATV trails and your muffler must conceal noise from your ATV up to 86 decibels at 50 feet. Additionally, make sure you are wearing your DOT approved helmet at all times, and goggles would be a good idea as a lot of debris gets kicked up on these ATV trails and you can ruin a whole day of ATVing with your friends by one small bit of debris getting in your eye and spending the day in the Emergency Room instead of on the ATV trails with your friends.
The Forest Service asks that you do not go "trailblazing" on your ATV and stay only on the designated trails. The Anderson Creek ORV Trails will be closed for a period of time after November 11, 2005 to make repairs on some areas of these trails that have been damaged due to irresponsible ORV riding.
The ATV trails will reopen in the within 12 months after repairs are completed on the Anderson Creek ORV Trails.

The Davenport ATV Trail
This great ATV trail is a great ride for both ATVs, motorcycles and mountain bicycles. Since this is designated as a multi-use trail, be sure and keep a wary eye out for other traffic when you're riding these ATV trails.
This trail is only 5 miles and it loops around Davenport Mountain with some moderate grades, and offers views of Nottely Lake - definitely scenic. Some areas of this trail are recommended for riders accustomed to riding on flat to rolling terrain, young, or inexperienced ATVers where they can gain some valuable handling skills and increase their confidence in riding their ATVs.
If you want a more challenging ride, rest assured you will find it here as well. There are some great placs with some steep grades to crawl up on your ATV and some areas that are a little rougher terrain.
Trailblazing is not allowed on either the easy or harder ATV trails as it ruins the landscape and it takes a long time for nature to repair itself from these indiscretions by irresponsible ATVers.
The ATV trail begins at the back end of the parking lot and goes forward around the mountain. Be aware this ATV trail crosses a road at two places. Watch for other vehicles on the road at these crossings and be very aware of your surroundings.
Since these are managed by the National Forest Service, you need to be sure to have your spark arrestor and muffler in place prior to riding and always wear your DOT approved helmet and goggles to insure you have a safe and fantastic time at the Davenport ATV Trail.

Take Your ATV to the Rocky Flats ORV Trail
Rocky Flats ORV Trails are barely 5-miles long but it is a safe and challenging ride for ATVers of any skill level. If you have graduated from riding on flat terrain and feel your are ready for something a little more challenging for your ATV riding experience, this ATV trail may just be what you are looking for.
These are ATV only trails and these trails offer up a challenging and safe riding experience with many sharp curves. It follows a multi-purpose woods road over piney rides and through hollows of oak and yellow poplar forest. This is a densely foliaged ATV trail although it is clearly marked and easy for even newer ATVers to get the hang of following the trail markers.

The Sunnyside ATV Paradise
Sunnyside ATV Paradise is aptly named. At this fabulous facility you will find just over 823 acres and approx. 50 miles of trails that contain mud, hills, and the difficulty ratings run from novice to expert ATVer.
This is a great place to bring your ATV if you are a newer or inexperienced rider as you can learn better handling and maneuvering of your ATV under safely controlled conditions. More experienced ATVers will enjoy the steep inclines, the hills and of course, the mud!
Since mud bogging is all but completely out when you're riding wilderness ATV trails because of the damage it does to the environment, if you like to get down and dirty with your ATV you are in the right place to do it!
The pricing is very reasonable for all the fun you and your ATV will have at Sunnyside. A 1 Day Pass is only $20 per machine and a 2 Day Pass is just $35 per machine. If you have the kids along for the day of ATVing fun, minors are a flat fee of $10 per machine/per day.

The gates open the 2nd and 4th weekend of the month and Saturday hours are 8:00 AM to Dark and Sunday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
There are concessions available on site if you need munchies or drinks and there is a restaurant within 1/4 mile. If you would like to camp out with your crew and get up and start riding your ATVs early the next day, there is free primitive camping available.

Tatum Lead ATV Trail
If you're in the Georgia area and you're looking for a fun place to ride your ATV, consider the Tatum Lead ORV Trail as a place to ride your ATV.
This ATV trail measures in at only 7-miles, but it's a good ride. These are multi-use trails meaning you will not only encounter other ATVs on these trails, but hikers, mountain bikers and during the months of November through February, hunters.
Be aware during hunting season and if you must ride your ATV in this area, be sure to wear bright orange so you and your ATV aren't mistaken for some game and something tragic happens.
These ATV trails are well marked and easy to follow, even for newer ATVers and the forest is very heavily foliaged throughout the trail area. The ATV trail follows an old woods road along the forest ridge of Tatum Mountain.
The ATV trail comes to a dead end to the South at a mound that ends on the Government Property Boundary. If you are on your ATV when you come to this point you must enter the trail end from the east of Cohutta Lodge on Fort Mountain.
Be very careful getting there, the first 2 miles of road is right of way across private land and your ATV must be properly tagged and licensed to drive on this property. The tail itself ends on private land. Be respectful and don't drive your ATV on private land unless you have exclusive permission from the landowner.
As with all National Forest Lands, be sure to have your muffler and spark arrestor in place before you ride and get ready to have a great time riding the Tatum Lead ORV Trail!

Town Creek ATV Trail
Town Creek ATV Trail is about 15 miles of great riding fun for you and your ATV. This ATV trail area is managed by the Oconee Ranger District and they do enforce the rules that you must have a spark arrestor and muffler installed on your ATV prior to riding these National Forest Service managed lands.
When these ATV trails are wet or muddy, they do ask that you not ride the trails to avoid damage to the terrain and environment.
These are multi-use trails and are open to: Motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, and bicycles. There are numerous loop backs on this ATV trail and there are also numerous creek crossings and the ATV trailhead is actually at a hunt camp.
These ATV trails are well marked and rated easy so even beginning ATVers will find these trails not too challenging and a fun ride. If you have not forded water before in your ATV, make sure to have someone along for the ride that has and can show you the proper way to ford a creek or stream to avoid damage to the land and safety for yourself.
These trails are mostly flat terrain with very few hills or inclines. Newer ATVers will enjoy the change to trail ride and use their newly learned ATV handling skills, while seasoned riders will just enjoy the scenary and ride. If you are riding your ATV in the early morning or early evening, you will probably encounter some of the local forest citizens, do not disturb them and simply ride by. Also, if you have a camera handy, you are assured of some great shots for your photo album!

ATVing the Tibbs ORV Riding Area
Tibbs ORV Riding Area is small as far as ATV trails go at only 3.5-miles, but it is a fun ride if you are a more experienced ATV rider.
These are multi-use ATV trails and you will run into other traffic on these ATV trails such as hikers, mountain bikers, motorcycles and other ATV's.
The Tibbs ORV Riding Area trails follow a multi-purpose woods road that begins at the top of Grassy Mountain and ending at a gate near private land. Follow standard ATV rules and don't mess around with private land. There is a second gate about 1 mile below the trailhead that descends a steep ridge that goes down the mountainside and through some managed timber areas of pine and other hardwood.
If you are riding these ATV trails from November through February, please remember it is hunting season and hunters will add to the traffic you are likely to run into on these ATV trails. Wear bright orange so you will be very visible to the hunters in the area and you aren't mistaken for an animal while riding your ATV.
Remember these are Forest Service Managed lands and some of the same rules apply to all these type of ATV trails. You must have a noise muffler and spark arrestor installed prior to riding these ATV trails, and you must wear your DOT approved helmet all times when operating your ATV.
The Tibbs ORV Riding Area is a fantastic place to take your ATV for some steep inclines and other challenges you don't find on a lot of National Forest Managed Lands as usually they are relatively flat and ideal for newer and inexperienced ATVers but don't offer the challenge that people that have been ATVs for a while might be looking for.

Whissenhunt ATV trails are part of the Chattahoochie National Forest and are open all year around. These are multi-use trails and you are likely to encounter both motorcycle and other ATV traffic.
The ATV trails are only 15 miles long with a rating of easy to ride terrain. This is a great place to bring newer or inexperienced ATVers who need the chance to ride on some flat terrain to hone the maneuvering skills on their ATVs.
As with all National Forest Managed lands, you must have a permit clearly displayed and a muffler and spark arrestor in place. The maximum axle width for any ATV riding these trails is 48 inches. There are 700-acres of ATV trails in this Forest Area, and Whissenhunt is just one of them.
Also, make sure to wear your DOT approved helmet at all times when operating your ATV, even on flat, easy terrain - if your ATV is running and you are on it, have your helmet in place on your head. Additionally, since there is a lot of loose gravel on these trails, be sure to wear your goggles. ATVs can kick up a lot of debris and it's no fun when it lands in your eyes!
The National Forest Service does ask that you stay on the designated trails only with your ATV and do not go trailblazing. ATVers who trailblaze do serious damage to the terrain and force the closure of trails while the forest reclaims itself. That is why it is so important to stay on the posted ATV trails only, periodically these trails are closed and new trails are opened for ATVing and while the forest reclaims itself.

Staying Safe While Enjoying Water Towables
Everyone wants to have a good time, but staying safe while enjoying water towables is an important part of having fun!
A few safety tips for everyone who wants to stay safe while enjoying water towables.
Pay attention to weather conditions: This is something that everyone needs to pay attention to, rougher water means a more dangerous ride, check the weather and don't just rely on what the weather guy on the television says, there are numerous places online to look up the weather, look at the radar yourself. Make an informed decision.
Straight away towing: Always keep the nose of the towable up til it planes out. This will ensure you don't get thrown off your towable. Water does not feel good when you fall into it going at a fast rate of speed and you can be hurt.
90º, 180º, and 360º Turns: Pay close attention to the rider's age, weight, and abilities, as well as how many are being towed at once, when making left and right turns.Remember the person driving the boat is the one who determines the safety of the riders. Some boats create a larger wake than others. Wakes, boat speed, and wave action can come together to play a large part in a rough ride. If you are towing younger people on a towable, make sure they are wearing proper safety gear such as a life jacket and make sure they understand the basics of towable safety.
Stay away at least 50 yards away from all immovable objects: Keep your distance from the shore, rocks, boats, docks, buoys and shallow water.
Do not imbibe in alcohol. That is just common sense, alcohol lowers your good judgment and can lead to you making a costly and tragic mistake. The best rule of thumb is just don't do it.
Read and follow all label directions, and pay attention to warnings printed on cover of all towables.
When you take the time to practice staying safe while enjoying water towables, think of the ideal example you'll be setting for others- also, safety comes first always!

Riding ATVs In Michigan
Riding ATVs in Michigan, or as the state refers to them as Off-Road Vehicle (ORV), is easy once you understand where they are allowed. The state of Michigan affords riders with four types of riding areas: motorcycle trails, all terrain vehicle (ATV) trails, ORV routes which are open to all Secretary of State licensed vehicles, and scramble areas. Five scramble areas exist, there are two on state forests (St. Helen's Motorsport Area and Black Lake Scramble Area), one at Silver Lake State Park, one at Bull Gap in the Huron National Forest, and one at The Mounds, a Genesee County Park. Pay attention to these areas when riding ATVs in Michigan.
When riding ATVs in Michigan it is good to know that 3,100 miles make up the off-road-vehicle (orv) trail and route system. State forests make up 73% of the system, while 40% is cycle trail, 43% is ATV trail and 17% is route.
Another good thing to be aware of, The Lower Peninsula is the only legal place to ride Non-Secretary of State licensed ORVs on public lands other than frozen waters. If you have never driven your ATV over frozen water before, make sure you have experienced ATVer with you that can show you the pointers as it is very dangerous and you must know how to identify thin ice and other hazards.
However, when riding ATVs in Michigan, it is legal for ORVs to operate on state forest roads as well as the designated trail system, unless a specific state forest road is posted closed to ORV use. They do require that you have a permit for riding your ATV which is available from the Department of Motor Vehicles for a small fee. Some counties offer a discount on this permit if you take a safety course. The permits need to be renewed each year in order to legally drive your ATV over State managed lands.

Summer Motorcycle Jackets
Be safe with a Summer motorcycle jacket, it's all in the technology. Our summer motorcycle jackets incorporate LSS (Light System Signaling System) technology. A jacket and technology bringing an entire new level of safety to the industry.
Summer motorcycle jackets from Raceway ATV with LSS are not only awesome looking, but functional and safety conscious. The Summer motorcycle jacket incorporates an ingenious design in the form of an electrical lead that plugs into a harness, which is easily installed with the rear, lights on the motorcycle. Enabling the jacket's graphical window to light up every time you depress the brakes or use the turn signal. A variety of rear oval graphic panels are available for you to choose from, to install on the back of the summer motorcycle jacket.
It's an unfortunate statistic that many motorcycle accidents could have been prevented by the motorist being able to more clearly see the person riding a motorcycle. That is the brilliance behind the design of the motorcycle jackets with the LSS technology embedded in the jacket. Just run the lead to the harness which you previously installed in the rear of your bike and go!
These great jackets are lightweight and perfect for warmer climates or Summertime use. They are made from lightweight mesh and will offer up some great covering for your chest and arms as well as the safety lighting panel in the back that will make you even more visible to motorists and decrease your chances of being the victim of an accident simply because a motorist didn't see you. Get seen and look great being seen in one our Summer motorcycle jackets.

Beasley Knob ATV Trail
Beasley Knob ORV Trail is a fun place in Georgia to go ATVing with your buddies. These are multi-use trails and you are likely to encounter other traffic on these trails in the form of hikers, horseback riders, bikers and other ATVers.
There are campgrounds and even a waterfall to see on these trails which just measure about 10-miles. The rating of these ATV trails is moderate and anyone with a good maneuvering skill on their ATV and some experience handling steep and strenuous terrain should not have any problem navigating these trails.
The inclines in some areas can be steep, so make sure you have a buddy with a winch attachment along for the ATV ride, there's nothing more depressing than sitting at the bottom of a steep incline waiting for someone to come tow you out when all you needed was someone with some navigation skill and a winch kit to get you over the steep places.
The ATV trails are considered well developed and has a 8 interconnecting trails which offer up a total of 10.8 miles of ATV riding fun for you and your friends.
Stay on the marked ATV trails for this ride. If you are a newer or inexperienced ATV rider, this is not a trail system for your to attempt until you get some experience handling steep terrain. If you are an experienced ATVer, you know the fun that awaits and you also know how to safely navigate this type of terrain.
As with all Forest Service managed lands, make sure that you follow the directives put forth by Treadlightly and if you bring it in, bring it out and keep these lands pristine and unspoiled for other ATVers.

ATVs Make Great Christmas Presents For Kids
Holiday time will be here before you know it and if you're not sure what to get your kids, consider getting them an ATV from Raceway.
Do a little objective thinking about your child. Is he or she ready for the responsibility of owning and operating an ATV? Some 12 year olds are ready for the responsibility before some 16 year olds. It is a matter of personal knowledge of your child, if he or she is ready, then go for it and get them the ultimate in fun Christmas gifts!
There is a make and model for every child. If your child is on the small side look at the Kazuma Meercat 50cc line, it's small and sturdy design is great for a beginning rider to get confidence in their handling skills of an ATV. If your child is a little bigger, the Raceway Mini 90cc is a lot of power in a little package. Both ATVs come with governors to cap the speed at 5MPH while your child is learning to maneuver and control their ATV.
If you are going to get your child an ATV for Christmas, also check out the great safety equipment. Raceway sells some of the sturdiest and coolest looking riding equipment to be found on the market today. A helmet for riding an ATV is a must and goggles and gloves are just the basics to get your child going.
Get your child a chest protector and the jersey and pants sets are cool and come in hot styles for both boys and girls. They can look as cool riding their ATVs as they are safe!

ATV Riding Rules For The De Soto National Forest
Riding your ATV is fun and you want to make sure you do it by following the rules and regulations of the National Forest Service when you're riding on their lands.
Here is an overview for riding your ATV at the De Soto National Forest where there are over 68 miles of designated ATV trails available for your ATV riding pleasure. They do ask that you wear your DOT approved helmet at all times. At the time of this writing there is no fee and no permit required to ride on these ATV trails.
Since 1993, ATVs are not allowed to drive on any roads shared by licensed motorized vehicle traffic. Be aware of this regulation and don't go on any Forest Service Roads where regular traffic is located. You are also prohibited from riding your ATV in the areas of campsites.
You are welcome to ride your ATV through the forest but they do ask that you stay on the designated trails and do not go "trailblazing" on your ATV, this erodes and damages the forest and that is against the Forest Service Law and will end your fun day of ATVing if you get caught doing that. Best bet: be responsible and don't do it.
The Forest Service asks that you adhere to the missives set for by Treadlightly and if you bring it in, pack it out with you and stay on the designated trails to help preserve this beautiful forest land for future generations to ride their ATVs on.
Drinking of alcoholic beverages while operating your ATV is just ignorant, but alcoholic beverages are not allowed on any National Forest Service lands and this includes campsites.
