Located in the South Central Colorado there is an easy 4-wheeler trail managed by the San Isabel National Forest service. The 4-wheeler riding season is from the summer through the fall and it is a multi-use trail with lots of other traffic in the area, including other 4-wheeler riders, hikers, horseback riders, motorcyclists, and mountain bikers. Be wary as well while you ride your 4-wheeler in this area, this is a very popular area for campers and the likelihood of children playing around the edges of campsites where you might be riding your 4-wheeler is a great possibility.
This 4-wheeler trail is just over 2 miles long and is rated as easy so 4-wheeler users of any experience level will have a good time riding this scenic area. The entrance to get on this 4-wheeler road is less than 6 miles south of Westcliffe on Highway 69. The road is paved for about 6 miles then turns into a gravel junction. You will enter the National Forest area and see the entrance to Rainbow ATV Trail. This is also the trailhead for Music Pass.
