Otter Trail is the ideal place to go riding on your 4-wheeler. This is just one of the trails in the vast forests of Washington and Jefferson National Forests. As with all National Forests, make sure you have your ATV permit displayed in a clearly visible location and also make sure that you have your spark arrestor and muffler installed prior to riding these lands.
