If you're tired of riding your ATV or motorcycle only on national forest lands, check out some of these trails that are small but a lot of riding fun. Blanket's Creek is located in the town of Woodstock. It is located in the town of Woodstock and most of the trail is a densely forested narrow trail. The rest of the trail is located on an old logging road. There is only one entrance to this trail, and if you see that the gate is closed, then the trail is closed for riding.
The Canton area holds a fun riding area called Park Trails. These are 5 miles long and narrow single trails, that are for advanced riders only. This can be confirmed when you see the beginning of the trail, with huge tree roots, fallen trees and large rocks. The trails themselves are largely unmarked and for expert riders only. If you're looking for a friendly trail to ride, check out Bubba's in Statesboro. This is a short trail and only 2 miles long and it's very easy and located on a short dirt road. The Toccoa Ranger District manages the Bull Mountain Multi-User Trail in Dahlonega and they will require that you let them inspect your machine prior to riding. This is just a 4 mile track that is lightly traveled and it is mostly gravel and dirt.
