Respect for the land is something that every ATV enthusiast should have. When you ride your ATV on designated trails, you should always stick to those trails. The majority of environments and ecosystems around most ATV trails and riding areas are very fragile.
Tampering with the environment could potentially harm the life of an animal, or that of the land itself. While you use the land with your ATV, do not litter, do not deviate from your trails, do not interact with any animals, and do not partake in any other activities that could otherwise harm of damage the land.
Even if the concerns of the wildlife and the environment do not matter to you, it is in your best interest to respect the land while riding your ATV. If you exploit and abuse trails with your ATV you may get the privilege of riding in that trail taken from you.
