To get there take county road 62 to Forest Service road 14 and turn onto FSR 13. Follow this road for about 12 miles till you get to the trailhead.
The length of this ATV trail is about 6 miles with an elevation of 7800 ft. at it's highest, and 5000 ft. at it's lowest. This trail for ATVing can be quite rough so it has been listed as most difficult, so keep this in mind. It opens in June and closes in November for all activity.
This ATV trail not only gives you challenging turns and steep climbs, it also offers some breathtaking views. Get off the ATV and check it all out before you head on, you will not be disappointed. You will come across old brush that had been burned badly back in 1990. Water is the problem because it is not accessible in the trail area, so it must be brought in.
