If you live in the North East portion of Texas and you ride an ATV, you'll probably want to meet the Cedar Creed Mudcats ATV Club (CCM). This ATV club meets once a month, has a number of get togethers, and rides in the occasional parade.
This ATV club does charge nominal dues of $25, but it goes towards the further support of the ATV club. CCM is also a very socially conscious ATV club, that participates in the State's Adopt A Highway program four times a year.
They encourage safety and continuing education for all ATV riders. CCM also sets a good example for other ATV riders to follow by contributing to community projects. CCM is also striving to get the word out that all ATVers do not wreck lands, ignore private fence signs, and other activities that just seem to give ATV owners a bad name. CCM is looking to change that undeserved reputation by showing ATV riders can be environmentally conscious, safety conscious while riding their ATVs and still have a darn good time.
If you are in North East Texas, look this group up they are doing great things for ATV riders everywhere.
